Looks like Israel is going to take matters into there own hands if something doesn't happen here pretty quick...
Israel will not allow Iran to attain nuclear capability and if time begins to run out, Jerusalem will not hesitate to take whatever means necessary to prevent Iran from achieving its nuclear goals, the government has recently decided in a special discussion.
According to the Israeli daily Ma'ariv, whether the United States and Western countries succeed in thwarting the Islamic Republic's nuclear ambitions diplomatically, through sanctions, or whether a US strike on Iran is eventually decided upon, Jerusalem has begun preparing for a separate, independent military strike.

Maybe it's intentional
to try to make Iran back down.
Israel did a good job with Osirak but that was a single known target. Iran would be a lot harder.

Israel would have to fly over Iraq to get to Iran
Israel stretched the limits of their F-16's just to reach targets in Iraq.
I don't see any possible way to constantly refuel F-16s to reach Iran without entering Iraqi airspace.
If Israel did strike facilities in Iran, Israel would need to violate Iraqi airspace

This may not go over very well...
..but if they tried to object, I don't think they will have a lot of input, nor any ability to do much about it.
It is a matter of our National Security too.
And besides, lets just look at it, we did liberate their country, we have invested 600 billion dollars in defending and rebuilding their country, I would hope they would want to help us as we continue to keep the region safe. ;-/
