there may have been "illegal" chemicals, but they don't seem to carry the mantra of weapons of mass destruction.
The US seems to have used chemical weapons in Iraq that were deadlier than those shells.

The ad violates
the McCain/Feingold law.
Note the name McCain in the law. So his campaign is violating a law that McCain helped write.
That is why the matter was referred to the DOJ. It's a violation of the McCain-Feingold law.
You can be silent on a law that you co-authored if you have no sense of honor or decency.
Good Lord even Fox News agreed not to air the ad, cause it was over the top.
