After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant to try these pillow protectors. I've had some before that were such a thin muslin, they only lasted through a few washes. These are a decent quality percale, a little stiff even after washing, but just the thing under a pillow case. They are a generous size and even fit my jumbo pillows. I use them in my vacation rental, so they get washed often. Seams and zippers are holding up well and so is the fabric. Unless you plan to sleep on them without a pillowcase over them, don't hesitate to buy. -- Better than expected

Great affordable pillow covers works good for extra pillows on your bed. I have a high thread ct. sheet set and I got these pillow cases as I upped my pillows on my bed to make it more comfortable. works perfectly for this. would probably be good for a guest bed as well I imagine. -- great for additional pillows

I do a lot of felting. Directions say to put knitted item in a pillow case. I used these pillow covers because they had a zipper. It makes felting much easier and keeps the lint from getting in my washing machine. Works perfectly. -- use them for felting
